I have been doing intermittent fasting every day for the past three months – averaging 19 hours. No weight loss, and I am trying to drink a lot of water, but I wonder if I am not drinking enough and am dehydrated? I like your idea of a fruit fast one day and I may try that to mix things up a bit. Thanks for your insight!

I have done IF every day for the past 4 months – only eat at night. Also no weight loss, don’t drink a lot of water. Will definitely try the fruit fast on weekends. One good thing is my blood pressure was extremely high a couple of months ago 170/… and now it is 122/60 which is a tremendous improvement for me. I just feel that my weight is a problem, maybe eating too much at night and not really exercising. Thanks for this though, will definitely change a couple of things in my diet (less salt, more water) and really need to eat proper foods.
