There are many bosses and managers and even career coaches out there that want you to think that you need to update your resume, submit job applications or just work harder at your current role to achieve success, happiness and fulfillment. There are even money business coaches out there that want you to think you need to just post on Instagram and create a sales funneling website to grow a business. Make lots of money, work on the beach with champagne, and you will automatically love your work and life. Well, I’m here to tell you that they are wrong.
They have their own reasons for wanting you to think this, but it’s not true. If you ever thought that your manager doesn’t care about you finding your passion or your dream career, you’re probably right. My prior boss wanted me to do the work I was supposed to do and wasn’t really at all interested about me finding my passion. The difference with us today is that we actually really care about your happiness and your fulfillment. It’s not just about getting a bigger paycheck or about just finding a job or just starting a business and making money. It is about finding you the job or starting the business that you were born to have.
