10 Free Planner Printables

Here are 10 free planner printables you can use to change your life.

Creating the habit of using each of these plans is the key to reaching your dream life.

1: Looking Back

Before you can create goals for the future, you have to look back first and see what worked and what didn’t work.

I know you might not want to look back. It might have been a tough year and I get it.

But before we start planning next year, I highly recommend that you spend some time looking back.

Creating the habit of continuously asking yourself these questions will help you determine what steps to take next.

  • Looking back over the last year, what worked well for you?
  • What didn’t work?
  • What is your ideal workday?
  • What are you grateful for?
  • What does success look like to you?
  • What were your biggest time wasters?
  • When you were at your best and loving life last year, what were you doing?
  • When did you have the most fun?

2: Vision Journal

In this free printable, we’re going to talk about the 4 questions to ask yourself to uncover your vision.

You might not know what you want to have in the future, and that’s totally okay.

Think about the general feeling that you want to create in the future. You don’t have to know in 5 to 10 years exactly what you want. That’s totally okay. It doesn’t need to be super detailed, but you should know some general feelings that you want to create.

What is your life going to look like when you achieve your goal in the next 5 to 10 years?

3: Annual Plan

In this free printable, Anna walks you through how to figure out what goal should be the priority for the next year and how to narrow down your goals when you have so many ideas for the year.

Today you are going to break down your vision into an annual plan. As you get in the planning habit, you’ll review this every 90 days.

That means as you keep doing this and make it a habit, your goals will become even clearer and you will have more clarity and focus.

The first time creating your annual plan is always the hardest. It gets easier as you do it again and again. Next time you create your 90 day plan, you’ll have a much better idea of what to focus on.

4: Quarterly Plan

Before we outline what tasks you are going to complete every 39-60-90 days, we have to prioritize. Creating your quarterly plan starts with identifying the top 3 goals you want to accomplish over the next 90 days.

When you are focused you can make some amazing things happen! So that’s what we are going to do.

Write down 3 big goals that you want to achieve in the next 90 days. Also, write down why you want to achieve these goals.

5: 90-Day Plan

The 90 day plan is when we get very specific and actions and tasks and all the details that we need to do over the next 90 days. So I want you to go back to your annual plan.

I want to make sure there’s no detailed tasks. It should be high level. It should be one to three focuses per quarter that you’re going to focus on in each of the quarters over the next 30/60/90 days.

Set your deadlines for each month too!

Before you start, go back to your 90 day plan and see what you wrote for your first 90 day tasks. That is what you will use to complete the “Month 1 Notes”

Every week you are going to look back at this page and make sure that your weekly priorities are accomplishing your 3 big goals. You’ll use your best time each week to focus on these 3 big goals.
