Working at home requires discipline, but it’s important to have a flexible schedule and not to force yourself too hard. It was my fault – I forced myself to work from 9 to 5 every day almost without rest, which made me too tired and my work so quickly bore me. If, on the contrary, I worked without a strict schedule, I did not have time to work 8 hours a day, constantly distracted by household tasks and leisure. In the end, the best solution for me was a flexible schedule and increased attention to my well-being. I work for 3 hours, then rest, then again for 3 hours and so on. And with this schedule, it’s easier for me to keep up with everything.
