I know things are overwhelming right now. And I know all of your 2020 plans are out the window with COVID-19.
I hear ya! Me too!
But lately, I’ve had to remind myself of something…
Your plans can change. Your dreams don’t.
We ALL have had our plans change over the last month. But that doesn’t mean that you have to give up on your dreams. Take small baby steps every day and don’t give up friend!
One thing I have been doing everyday is visualizing what my life will be like when this quarantine is all over. This WILL end and our lives WILL get back to normal. You have to stay focused on where you want to be. You must have a vision.
I’ve been visualizing a big birthday party for my daughter’s birthday in June. I’ve been dreaming about summer pool days with a margarita.
So write down your dreams. See yourself in October 2020. Write down where you want to be when life is back to normal.
Visualize yourself completing your goals and doing those small things you used to take for granted like taking your kids to the park or giving big hugs to everyone you know.
Take small steps everyday towards your dreams. You don’t need a ton of time to make progress. 15 minutes is all you need.
