Anna has been invited to speak internationally to 800 women at The Global Leadership Forum in Curitiba, Brazil. She’s a winner of the Top 5 Blogs for Young Professionals by Levo League and one of the 15 Career Experts To Add To Your Twitter Feed Now by The Daily Muse. She’s also been featured on Fox 5 News, San Diego 6 News, ESPN 1700AM, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Yahoo Finance and People StyleWatch magazine. Anna was also nominated in 2016 as San Diego Magazine’s Woman of the Year and her podcast was named one of the top 23 career podcasts by CareerToolkit.com.
Prior to founding CCG in 2010, Anna worked for Booz Allen Hamilton where she spent 8 years managing a client delivery team and managed a $75M annual U.S. Navy budget. She also was a Certified Adjunct Instructor at Booz Allen Hamilton and a Professor of Management at DeVry University.
She received her MBA from University of California, San Diego and currently lives in San Diego with her husband, John, and their daughter, Mila.

Prior to joining his wife at CCG, he was the Operations Analyst and a Graduate Program Advisor at Point Loma Nazarene University.
He received his MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University and currently lives in San Diego with his wife, Anna, and their daughter, Mila.

Lor has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from University of Southeastern Philippines and currently lives in Davao City, Philippines.
Wondering who responds to your emails on guest inquiries and submissions? It’s Ivey! She’s incredible in editing, formatting and publishing all our guest articles. Ivey also helps moderate the CCG Network group on Facebook with Rachell.
She tries to help out in any way she can. She is very passionate about helping women reaching their goals and shattering gender norms.
Ivey likes writing poetry and collecting porcelain dolls. She also wants to teach English as a second language.
Ivey is a junior in creative writing at Point Loma Nazarene University in Southern California.

Currently, she is a senior at Middle Tennessee State University majoring in Professional Studies with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. She has an associate’s degree in business from Columbia State Community College.
Fun Facts about Raven, she can’t live without coffee & target, she wants to visit all 50 states in her lifetime, and she was born & raised in a small town with only 2 red lights 50 miles outside of Nashville, TN.
