The Balancing Act: How to Be Your Best Self (VIDEO)

I have learned so much about the balancing act of being a working mother over the last 9 months since I had my daughter. The most important thing I have learned is self-care.

Having a daughter has actually helped me prioritize and focus on the most important things in my work and life. It has helped me say no to the things that are not really that important. In today’s video I am sharing with you the three things you must do to be your best happy and balanced self.

I have also learned that if I have no energy myself, I won’t have any energy for my husband, my daughter or my clients.

I am still not an expert in this motherly balancing act but I sure have learned a lot!
