I haven’t always had a profitable business and blog. I know what it’s like to worry about making ends meet and provide for your family while still pursuing your dreams.
When I started my blog and business, I was a corporate consultant working a stressful, miserable job that gave me little time to focus on my own goals and dreams.
So I get it.
And despite reading millions of articles online, I still couldn’t make enough money to quit my draining day job.
I was so miserable and stressed that I would come home crying and I couldn’t have fun because all I could think about was going back to a job I dreaded on Monday. I had no time for friends or a social life. There is nothing good about the Sunday night blues….
BUT, EVERYTHING CHANGED….
I developed a system that helped me determine what the ideal business was for me and created a business plan – that actually worked – so I said good-bye to my dead-end job after maternity leave and never looked back.

Now, seven years after my very first blog post, I’ve created a community of millions of women who read our career content each week and run a Forbes Top 35 Most Influential Career Site. More importantly, I am living my purpose and I turned my passion into a profitable business and global brand. Starting this Thursday, I’ll be going behind the scenes in my brand new free worshop.
