Don’t worry so much about if everyone else will like the decisions you make and how you handle certain situations. Let me break it down for you….not everyone will like you. Sorry.
I know it’s tough, but they just won’t. And that is okay. When you are in charge and have to make tough decisions, make the decision that will earn you the most respect.
