2 Must Watch Yoga Workout YouTube Channels
Who else loves a yoga workout? I’ve been on a yoga kick lately. I think it’s the change of weather that has me thoroughly enjoying working out in the comfort of my own home. I also enjoy doing a yoga workout with my daughter.
It might not be the most relaxing thing to have a toddler hanging onto you while you are trying to do downward dog, but she gets really excited when I pull out the mat. It’s become our new nightly routine.

It’s also a great break in the day when you work from home, like I do. There’s really no excuse when it’s a few steps to the yoga mat. I also try at least twice per week to get to the YMCA to do a yoga class. I love those classes but sometimes it’s a juggle to get there in time with my daughter’s ever-changing nap schedule. Here are the YouTubers I have been following to get a great home yoga workout:

1) Live Strong Woman’s Yoga Series with Tara Stiles

I love these yoga workout videos. You can pick from beginner, intermediate and advanced and the quality of the videos is outstanding. I also love them because they are about 5-10 minutes which is short enough for this busy mama and the advanced workouts really make me feel like a got a great workout just in that short amount of time!  Here is one of my favorites to start with:

2) Sarah Beth Yoga Workout

I love how simple these yoga routines are. She has so many great ones to choose from and even has a 7-day yoga challenge and you know how I love challenges. Another one of my favorites is her morning routine yoga video. Watch it below.

Bonus:

Sometimes actually watching a video is impossible with a little one running around. So instead, I just pull up Pinterest images of yoga poses and just do it myself. These challenge me to just go at my own pace.
