For nearly two decades, Tracee Garner has helped professionals, as well as individuals and families navigate complex systems to access community resources, entitlement benefits, and pathways to independence. Through this work, she’s witnessed firsthand how the gap between eligibility and reality can leave people feeling stuck, uncertain, and unprepared for change.
That’s why Tracee is passionate about guiding clients to create their own Plan B (and sometimes Plan C or D) — not from fear, but from freedom. Tracee helps professionals design thoughtful, step-by-step strategies to either leave their job with confidence or stay employed while building a sustainable survival plan that honors their values, health, and long-term goals, while also looking at and preparing for ways to earn additional income and think outside the box.
