Nicole founded Epoch Coaching & Consulting after her own two-year journey of stepping away from a high-pressure leadership environment that wasn’t bringing out her best, repeatedly applying for roles that no longer fit, and eventually discovering that what felt like directionless wandering was actually a process of profound self-discovery. She learned that the “random” experiences—pursuing an unexpected doctorate, trying new paths, saying yes to unfamiliar opportunities—were teaching her what truly mattered. This journey led her from traditional HR to coaching, where she found her authentic calling and inspired her signature program, Wonder of Wandering.

As a seasoned People & Culture executive, Nicole has led transformative initiatives across the automotive, construction, and oil & gas sectors. She is an ICF-trained coach with certifications in transition and career coaching, Transition Intelligence from the Modern Elder Academy, burnout recovery, and project management. Currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Leadership Studies, she explores followership and organizational change readiness, enriching her practice with cutting-edge insights.
