Erin Treacy knows what it feels like to lead in chaos when the days blur together, people feel distant, and every decision carries more weight than the last. She has lived it. And through it, she discovered something powerful: leadership is not about doing more, it is about connecting more.
Over three decades in leadership, Erin has trained, coached, and guided teams across the restaurant industry, nonprofit organizations, and community development. As a former owner of Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes & Fries restaurants in West Virginia and Virginia, she followed a people-first, servant leadership approach that brought her team shoulder to shoulder through challenges. By focusing on trust, clear communication, and genuine connection, Erin reduced turnover by more than 40 percent and built teams that worked with purpose and pride.
Today, through Erin Treacy Coaching for Connection and Culture, she helps leaders caught in chaos and constant change find clarity, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with the people who make their work matter.
