I was successful on paper. Good career. Good salar I was successful on paper. Good career. Good salary. Good education. But Sunday night still came with that pit in my stomach. For me, the answer wasn’t throwing it all away. It was using everything I’d learned to build something different. That’s eventually what led me to career coaching—and work that felt meaningful, flexible, and much more aligned with the life I actually wanted. Sometimes success isn’t climbing higher.
