Health and wellness should be a implemented in the workplace so that it will be easier for employees to incorporate it their daily lives. Since getting sick (physically and mentally) is one of the reasons why employees leave an employer.

    I completely agree, Maya! I think we’re starting to see more companies implement employee wellness programs, but there is definitely still work to do. Hopefully, more companies will start to see that healthy (and happy) employees are good for business!
