I woke up at 5am this morning and worked out. Although it was tough to get up, I am really glad I did it and I think I will have a better day because of it. My week is going to be stressful at work so I am hoping that this will help me handle the stress better. My goal is to work out everyday this week. If I have something after work, I am forcing myself to workout before work. Wish me luck!
